CASARO Fromagerie is an artisan cheese brand founded just before lockdown in Baroda and now has operations in 3 cities - Ahmedabad, Baroda, & Mumbai.

‘CASARO’ In Italian means ‘dairyman/cheesemaker’. ‘Fromagerie’ means a cheese shop.

We make our own cheese and serve great, comfort food, which is elevated because of the cheese.

We are two dear friends who got together to enhance people’s experience with cheese & fulfilling their wanderlust with our food. We want to make people experience cheese with fresh ingredients in the best and most craveworthy way possible.
